The ceramic color of the car glass is a glass glaze that is heated on a car glass during the bending process at a temperature of 600 ° C and forms a glass mineral layer. This layer consists of a mineral component, the color powder and an organic component, the print oil. The color of the powder in the paste differs from 75% to 86% WT in silk printing. During the car glass forming process, a ceramic glaze for printing on the surface of the glass is placed in contact with the plate of the press.
In this process, the melted glaze must withstand the applied pressure. The enamel cover should not be attached to the plate of the press and is damaged, and no glaze should remain on the press plate. Otherwise, when the arm is removed, the glass becomes deformed. To prevent this undesirable deformation, antistick properties can be made with changes in the composition of the dough. Nonstick or antistick is different depending on the type of press. The rear window of the car is designed with conductive silver paste, cooked with thermal conductivity, which is coated with a ceramic coating. During the cooking period, silver ions (+ Ag) from the overprinted silver layer move from the inside of the semi-melted ceramic to the floating glass surface. This process is an ion exchange that occurs by intra molecular forces in porous ceramic paint. The reduction of silver ions by multi-tin tin in the float glass leads to the formation of colloidal silver groups, which produce a brownish-yellow color. Glazing in the printing process depends primarily on the thickness and density of the baking layer. The assurance of the quality of production is not limited to the producer of the dye, for example, the proper ratio of glaze composition, material deformation during cooking ... but also to some degree the responsibility of the quality of the manufacturer of glass. For example, the thickness of the printing layer (the thickness of the wet layer and, finally, the thickness of the cooking layer is largely influenced by factors such as the viscosity of the glaze, the size of the mesh springs, the coating on the printing screen and the settings of the device.
Chemical Resistance: The ceramic color specimen is exposed to 33% hydrochloric acid at room temperature for 5 minutes.

148001 Ceramic glazing for laminated glass (Laminated Glass)> This product is semi-shiny black and cooked for 4 to 8 minutes at a temperature of about 560-640 ° C. The properties of this product are very high chemical resistance, excellent coating, having the highest black shades and the content of pigments with the lowest melting point.

148002 Tempered / Toughened Glass Ceramic glazing: This semi-gloss black enamelled glaze is cooked for 4 to 5 minutes at 660 degrees Celsius. Its high chemical resistance, its antistick, the highest black shade, and excellent coverage.

 

  • Conductive silver paste

Rear glass lines have a heater role and prevent glass freezing. It also removes water and provides better cleansing and dew removal. Today, almost all rear windshields have black or silver lines of parallel color. These lines are, in fact, the elements that, when the vehicle's electrical system is turned on, it stays in the glass, and cleans the drops of snow, rain or even steam from the glass with the heat. In this way, the rear view of the driver is possible and prevents possible risks. This dough is supplied with a standard viscosity for printing. However, it is possible to apply changes in the viscosity of the dough according to the specifications requested by the customers. The dilution of this product is not recommended, but to provide a minor reconciliation with the production system, oil and diluent are provided. The baking temperature range varies according to the type of glass, but the normal baking temperature is between 550 and 700 degrees Celsius.
